Unless you have informed us that you do not wish to receive further information, we may continue to send you our newsletter. We collect personal information in order to deliver the products and service you want, administer our business, provide customer service and be able to communicate special offers unless you have chosen not to receive such offers.
Personal information such as name, address, email, telephone number, may passed to our Printing Laboratory and Courier(s) to directly create and deliver the product(s) to your chosen location.
We only offer guest checkout at the point of purchase so your details are only held against your order and not stored as an account in our system. Your email address will be used to notify you of updates on your order.
If you use our contact form it is sent directly to my email and there is no data stored on the website.
Financial Data
Credit card payments are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. PayPal payments are managed by PayPal. We do not store any financial information.
Our Contract with You
When you place an order to make a purchase from Scott Cameron Baxter Photography, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging confirmation of your order. Any products on the same order that have not been confirmed in an “Order Confirmation” email do not form part of that contract.
